Besim Dina is an Albanian journalist, television presenter, and philanthropist. He was born on February 1, 1961, in Tirana, Albania. He studied at the University of Tirana's Faculty of Journalism and Philology.
Dina began his career as a journalist in the 1980s, working for various newspapers and radio stations in Albania. In 1990, he moved to Italy and worked as a journalist for Rai Italia, a television channel that broadcasts to Italian communities abroad.
In 1993, Dina returned to Albania and joined Top Channel, one of the country's leading television stations where he has hosted various shows including "Opinion", "Doctor’s File", and "Secrets". He has conducted many interviews with prominent politicians, academics, and celebrities.
Besim Dina is also known for his charitable activities. In 2002, he founded the Besim Dina Foundation, which provides assistance to disadvantaged families, children with disabilities, and elderly people.
In addition, Dina has received numerous awards for his contributions to journalism and philanthropy, including the Medal of Freedom from the President of Albania, and Honor of the Nation from the Prime Minister of Kosovo.
